SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Seeds of Life Games.

Order fulfillment: Point of Connection Conversation Cards are now in stock and shipping from our fulfillment warehouse. Existing launch orders are being processed in the order received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability for your location will be shown at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared for shipment by our fulfillment partner. During the launch transition, existing orders are being processed first, in the order received. Processing times may be longer during launches, high-volume periods, holidays, or events outside our control.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, supply chain delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Seeds of Life Games is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you need to request an address change, please contact us at hello@seedsoflife.games as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.

TRACKING

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PACKAGES

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or arrives with the wrong item, please contact us at hello@seedsoflife.games within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Please include your order number and any relevant photos, if applicable.
