Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Because opened card decks cannot be resold as new, opened items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@seedsoflife.games within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.
